This tutorial was written for those who have a working
knowledge of PSP and was written using PSP X2,
tho' any version should work.
Supplies Needed: Scrapkit: I'm using a FTU kit from
Tasha's Playground named Spring Fling.

Leave her some lovin' when snaggin'. Mask: of choice
Filters: Xero- Ultraviolet
Eye Candy 4000- Gradient Glow
Font: Cinnamon Cake
Drop shadow: 2 2 45 3, black.
Save your progress often.
Let's do this!
Open up the template.
Duplicate it & close original.
Resize the template so it's 600 X 600 px.
Delete the credit layer at the top.
Working from the bottom layer of the template, up:
On the empty background layer,
flood fill with #fec26a or colour of choice.
Apply your mask of choice & merge group.
Merge 2 down onto 1.
Then, Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper3.
Hit delete & select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
3- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper4, resized 60%.
Hit delete & select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
4- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper4, resized 60%.
Hit delete & select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
5- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper1, resized 70%.
Hit delete & keep selected.
Add your tube or closeup,
resizing 80% (if needed).
Hit delete & select none.
Crop to canvas & add a drop shadow to the paper layer.
On your closeup,
apply Xero- Ultraviolet to soften the colour:
Then add your drop shadow.
6- use your manual color correction
to change the colour (if desired).
Then add a gradient glow in your colour of choice:
Then add a drop shadow.
Next we'll add some elements.
For each one I added, I sharpened & added
a drop shadow to, unless specified otherwise.
tree1- 80%.
Place on the right of the tag.
Move below the word art layer.
mushroom- 35%.
Duplicate & resize
the 2nd one another 80%.
Place with the tree.
flower3- 55%. Duplicate.
Resize the other 2 another 75%.
Position in the top left, like my example.
bow- 70%.
Place on the left,
below the flowers in your canvas.
chickpop- 55%.
Position over on the left.
Move below the word art in layers palette.
lollipop2- 50%.
Rotate 12 right.
Place with the chickpop.
lollipop1- 45%.
Rotate 10 left.
Place with the other two lollipops.
ladybug- 40%.
Duplicate & mirror the 2nd one.
Place in opposite sides at the bottom.
birdhouse- 45%.
Place in the tree.
leaf- 45%.
Place in the top right.
clip- 45%.
Rotate 15 right.
Place in the top right of tag.
Then, using your lasso tool, draw a selection
around the middle part, like my example:
Hit delete & select none.
Add a drop shadow on a new layer.
With your eraser at a size of 10 & carefully remove the excess
shadow in the center that overlaps, if needed.
Add any other elements, if you prefer at this time.
Now, crop/ resize your tag to your own preferences.
Then, add your proper copyrights & watermarks.
Next add your name.
Then add a gradient glow:
And a drop shadow.
Finally, merge visible, save as a PNG & enjoy. =)
