This tutorial is borne from my own manipulated lil' mind.
Any similarity to any other tutorial(s) is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written for those who have a working
knowledge of PSP and was written using PSP X2,
tho' any version should work.
Supplies Needed: Scrapkit: I'm using my His Toy kit.

Template: Template0017 from me,
here.
Mask: gemsmasks-186.

Supplies: My Gradient Glow Simple White settings,
here.
Filters: Xero- Radiance
Eye Candy Impact 5- Gradient Glow
Font: Edwardian Script
Drop shadow: 2 2 55 8, black.
Save your progress often.
Let's do this!
Open up the template.
Duplicate it & close original.
Delete the credit layer at the top.
Working from the bottom layer of the template, up:
Copy & paste paper 2.
Apply mask & merge group.
Resize 110%.
rounded square 1- Select all- float.
Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper 9, resized 80%.
Hit delete & select none.
rounded square 2- Select all- float.
Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paper 8, resized 80%.
Hit delete & select none.
rounded rectangle- select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paper 10, resized 80%.
Hit delete & select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
circle- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper 16, resized 70%.
Hit delete & select none.
Drop shadow.
pixel words- delete
rounded square 3- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paper 15.
Hit delete. Select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
heart 1- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper 1, resized 65%,
positioning it so the center of the rose is in the heart.
Hit delete. Select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
heart 2- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper 13, resized 60%.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
sparkle brush- delete
Customize the word art & word art bkgrd layers
to your own preferences.
Add a drop shadow to the word art bkgrd layer.
Next add your main tube, under the word art layers.
Resize if needed.
Apply Xero- Radiance at these settings:
Add a drop shadow.
Next we'll add some elements.
For each one I added, I sharpened & added
a drop shadow to, unless specified otherwise.
card 1- 75%.
Rotate 15 right.
Place in the top right.
whip- 65%.
Rotate 20 right.
Place this over the top of the word kinky.
(You may have to move the word art up a bit.)
video camera- 37%.
Place this to the left.
Move to just above your tube in layers palette.
beads- 60%.
Mirror.
Place on the upper right.
stud- 65%.
Rotate 90 right.
Place this in the the top right so the beads hang from it.
mask- 55%.
Rotate 20 left.
beaded dangle- 60%.
Place on the left.
bow 4- 50%.
Place on the left, with the beaded dangle.
tickle whip- 75%.
Place on the right.
Move below the word art in layers palette.
bottle- 60%.
Place on the right, with the tickle whip.
cuffs- 35%.
Place these on the bottle.
Use your eraser, sized 27 square
to erase the chain in the middle of the cuffs.
paddle- 55%.
Rotate 15 left.
Place with the tickle whip & bottle.
bear- 70%. Place to the left.
Move below the video camera in layers palette.
condom- 45%.
Place in front of the bear.
glass toy- 40%.
Place in front of the bear.
Add any other elements, if you prefer at this time.
Now, crop/ resize your tag to your own preferences.
Then, add your proper copyrights & watermarks.
Next, add your name.
Add a bevel:
Then add a gradient glow (using the Simple White settings)
& using a colour of choice:
And a drop shadow.
Finally, delete the white background, merge visible,
save as a PNG & enjoy.
