Any similarity to any other tutorial(s) is purely coincidental.
This tutorial was written for those who have a working
knowledge of PSP and was written using PSP X2,
tho' any version should work.
Supplies Needed: Scrapkit: I'm using a beautiful kit from Tasha's Playground
named Valentines Day Party.

I had bought this tube & others at his Garv-Girls PSP Tubes store.
Do
NOT use any artwork unless you have a license to do so
& have purchased or obtained the tube legally.
Template: 734mpm from Millies PSP Madness.

* Leave her some lovin' for the template. Mask: Mask of choice
Filters: Penta- Color Dot
Xero- Moodlight
Eye Candy 4000- Gradient Glow
Font: LoveNess
Drop shadow: 5 5 35 8, black.
Save your progress often.
Let's do this!
Open up the template.
Duplicate it & close original.
Next, delete the credit layer at the top.
Working from the bottom layer of the template, up:
Copy paper10 & paste it above the white bg layer.
Apply your mask of choice & merge group.
Resize if needed.
1- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper1, resized 80%.
Hit delete & select none.
2- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper5, resized 70%.
Hit delete & select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
3- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper4, resized 75%.
Hit delete & select none.
Crop to canvas.
Drop shadow.
4- select all- float. Defloat.
Keep this layer for now & add a new layer.
Flood fill with background/ foreground gradient:
Angle- 45 & Repeats- 4.
Two colours of choice, from your tube.
Keep selected.
Go back to the pink circle layer.
Modify- Expand by 3.
Flood fill with white.
Select none.
On the gradient circle layer,
use your rectangle selection tool
& make a selection like my example:
Apply Penta- Color Dot at these settings:
Select none.
5- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper9, resized 70%.
Hit delete & select none.
6- Select all- float. Defloat- Invert.
Delete this layer & paste paper6, resized 70%.
Hit delete & select none.
Link layers 7 & 8 to '1'.
Move down to the bottom of tag in canvas.
Add a drop shadow to layer 7.
On layer 8, use your manual color
correction tool to change the colour to your choice.
Then add a bevel:
Now add your tube.
Resize as needed.
Move below the word art layers in layers palette.
Duplicate.
On the bottom tube,
Effects- Distortion- Wind at these settings:
Repeat, changing the direction to 'from Left'.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 75%.
On your top tube layer, apply
Xero- Moodlight at these settings:
(In case it's hard to 'grab' the color I used in the
for the color of light in the filter, this is the
colour: #776774.)
Apply a drop shadow.
Next we'll add some elements.
For each one, I added a drop shadow to,
unless specified otherwise.
streamers- 75%.
Place on the left.
Move below the word art layers in layers palette.
bow1- 45%.
Rotate 17 left.
Place in the upper left so it covers the top
of the streamers.
bear1- 65%.
Place off to the right of tube.
heart tin2- 40%.
Place on the lower right.
phone- 50%
Place on the lower right,
in front of the heart tin.
badge- 45%
Position on the left.
Move below the streamers in layers palette.
heart3- 60%.
Rotate 13 right.
Sharpen.
Place on the upper right.
gift- 37%.
Place on the lower left.
cupcake- 40%.
Place with the gift.
butterfly- 25%.
Rotate 27 right.
Sharpen.
sparkles2- Change blend mode to Screen.
Move down slightly in canvas.
Add any other elements, if you prefer at this time.
Now, crop/ resize your tag to your own preferences.
Then, add your proper copyrights & watermarks.
Next add your name.
Then add a gradient glow:
And a drop shadow.
Finally, delete the white background, merge visible,
save as a PNG & enjoy.
